Below are shown the input and output adapters that convert the six coil Maxima to a waste spark system.
The input adapter on the left houses the diodes. Notice that the input adapter is a male housing, with male pins.

When you cut the ignition signal wires, make sure that you install female pins on the ECU ends, and insert
them into the empty six pin female housing supplied in the kit. The order is very important.

Likewise, make sure that you install male pins on the coil ends, and insert them into the empty six pin male housing.
